PSPVC v3.71 Released: Free PSP Video Converter

Coinciding with the new sleek & sexy PSPVC website, Nick has released PSPVC v3.71 — It’s the free PSP video converter for Windows. Easily convert just about any video format to a PSP compatible format — all with a few quick clicks of your mouse.



PSPVC v3.71 changes:

* Added a new updated version of FFmpeg
* Added another video-display in preview-mode so you can compare the result with the original picture before converting
* PSPVC can now be changed into 40 languages
* Unlocked the bitrate for OFW users
* The “Activate Subtitles” check box will now be activated automatically if the default language exist among the streams
* Added an “AUTO” option to the “audio HZ” selection box
* Improved the random screenshot/icon function
* PSPVC will now share the same process priority as FFMPEG for better response
* Changed the PSPVC default config to use the “Constant Quality” option for higher quality
